The start of the Stockholm Australian Football Federation (SAFF) 2009 Season is just around the corner.

And you can now check out the route the Axemen must take, in order to claim an historic third Premiership in a row, with the complete 2009 Season Calendar.

The title defence begins this Saturday, April 25th with the big ANZAC Day Double Header.

The Grand Final rematch between Solna and Söder kicks off at 12:15pm, while the Bromma Vikings – no doubt keen to avenge their underwhelming 2008 – tackle newbies the Årsta Swans at 2:00pm.

The action takes place at Stockholm’s spiritual home of Aussie Rules – Årsta sports field.

On a more serious note; to pay our respects on this important day in history, the playing of the Last Post, as well as a minute’s silence will be held before the bounce, at 12:00pm.
